Over 300 real estate professionals attend PropTech Middle East 2018

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Real estate and property technology experts from across the GCC will convene next week at the 2nd Annual PropTech Middle East, being held on 4th and 5th November 2019 at Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai Marina to discuss the growth and roadmap of the proptech industry in the region.

Focusing on the digitalization of the real estate sector in the region, the two-day program agenda features over 15 topics, including five panel discussions on topics ranging from proptech 3.0 to IoT and AI for smart homes; property management and property marketing to digital payments and its impact on the real estate industry.

Angelica Krystle Donati, CEO, Donati Immobiliare Group & Venture Partner Concrete VC will open the conference with a presentation providing an overview of the proptech industry and the trends to watch out for in the year ahead. Dr. Syed Mahsud Ali, Chief Information Officer, Azizi Developments and Tarek Nizameddin, Senior Executive Director - Ejadah Asset Management Group at Dubai Properties Group will also deliver presentations on themes focusing on digitalization and innovations within the real estate sector along with development and trends witnessed in this industry.

Mahmoud AlBurai, Senior Advisor, Real Estate Regulatory Agency will open the second day of the conference with a 20 minute presentation on the topic rethinking cities of the future in light of technology and sustainability. Emphasizing on the importance of using smart technology to lead a sustainable lifestyle, Karim Eljisr, Executive Director - Research & Development, Diamond Developers will deliver a presentation on using smart applications for smart residents with The Sustainable City as an example.

Technology-led solutions are transforming the way property is purchased, sold and marketed and at the event, over 20 leading property technology organizations such as PropSpace, Yardi, Kaizen Asset Management Services, Provis, and Sage Glass, amongst others, will showcase their innovative solutions to over 400 senior industry experts representing property management, investments sales and marketing, leasing and transactions, technology and innovation, based across the GCC.
