Dubai: Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the 9th edition of the FAHR International Conference will be held on the 17th and 18th of April, 2019, at the Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotel in Dubai.

Running under the theme ‘The 4th Industrial Revolution Human Capital Challenges’, the 2-day international HR conference focuses on the opportunities and challenges facing future organizations, business establishments and pioneers in the Human Resources industry with the advent of ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) embedded HR technologies’ while also exploring ways to integrate them in order to enhance employee engagement and company culture.

FAHR International Conference comes at a time when automation, robotics and other forms of new technologies are disrupting workplaces and traditional business models. In addition, more and more businesses around the globe are in the midst of implementing innovative HR solutions, streamlining HR operations with new age technologies that enable a holistic employee experience and employing new ways to design easy to use solutions that increase employee engagement, promote wellness and improve their work-life experience.

In addition, Abdulaziz Harib Alfalahi, CEO, Corporate Technical Support Service, Roads and Transport Authority, UAE will focus his attention on the topic ‘Unconventional Work Options in the 4th Industrial Revolution’ and Dr. Kelly Monahan, Lead Future of Work Researcher, Deloitte USA, will offer her insights on ‘The Future of Work: Identifying the Talent Trends Hiding in Plain Sight’. Also, Dr. Lisa Belanger, Behavior Change Expert, Researcher, CEO and Founder of ConsciousWorks, will share her expertise in a session titled ‘Technology and The Brain: Habits for the Brain to Think, Focus and be Creative when Using Technology’.
