Abu Dhabi: Reportage Properties, a leading Abu Dhabi-based real estate development company, has revealed that great progress in construction works has been achieved on six of the company’s projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Reportage Real Estate Group Chief Executive Officer Nasser Al Khamees said, “The six projects provide more than 2,300 new residential units, including about 2,000 units in five projects in Abu Dhabi being developed  in premium investment areas, such as Masdar City, Al Raha Beach and Al Maryah Island.

Construction works on the “Oasis Residence 1” project in Masdar City is making remarkable progress, with a rate of up to 30% has been completed. The project provides 612 apartments ,310 of which are  studios, 256 one-bedroom apartments, 44  two-bedroom and two apartments of 3 bed-room. It is being developed on an area of 8,371 square meters, and expected to be delivered during the second quarter of 2021.

Mr. Al Khamees added that the company has also started the construction works in “Oasis Residence 2” project in Masdar City, which will provide about 304 residential units, to be handed over during the second quarter of 2022. They also  started construction works at 'The Gate'  project in Masdar City, which  provides 420 apartments. It is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2022.

Al Khamees pointed out to the progress being made at their two projects on Al Raha Beach, with 25% of works have been completed. The company is  developing “Al Raha Loft 1” which provides 164 units  on an area of 6,663 square meters. “Al Raha Loft2” also provides 110 apartments on an area of 5.364  square meters. The two projects are expected to be delivered during the first half of 2021.

He revealed  that “Weighbridge Real Estate Development ”, a subsidiary of Reportage Real Estate Group, launched the “Al Maryah Vista” project ,on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, which will provide 772 apartments. Construction works  started during the first quarter  and it is  expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2023.“Al Maryah Vista “ is being developed on an area of 958,000 square feet. It consists of 22 floors.

Mr. Al Khamees  said  that the company has completed the delivery of the units at Leonardo Residence residential project in Masdar City, which provides 177 apartments, including 122 studios, 48 one-room apartments, 16 two-room apartments, and one apartment with three rooms, on an area of 4,250 square meters.

Regarding the company's projects in Dubai, he said that they announced recently the launch of the second phase of  "Rukan" project in Dubailand, which includes 349 villas, in collaboration with “Continental Investment Company”.

He also revealed that the company’s plan to develop a number of new projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the near future. He said that they will develop new projects in line with that plan which commensurate market needs. He also emphasised the company’s commitment to add high- quality  projects t, stressing the company's commitment to complete all its projects on schedule, in their efforts to enhance investors’ confidence in the company's projects.
