Kuwait: Al Hamra, a leader in real estate management, looks forward to welcoming back its community of employees and customers to its iconic Shopping Center and Business Tower. With the aim of resuming normalcy, Al Hamra is well-equipped having adhered to safety guidelines outlined by the Ministry of Health and Government authorities in Kuwait.

To ensure safety, the premises will be undergoing regular sterilization and preventive measures and practices have been put in place for staff and customers. Additionally, a special health and safety task force has been deployed to safeguard and oversee the sanitization of facilities and implementation of guidelines by visitors, tenants and employees.

“For the benefit of all, we need to adapt to the government-mandated precautionary measures and embrace a new lifestyle. Safety is our number one priority. Our team have stringent rules in place around the use of hand sanitizers, enforced social distancing, wearing of masks, health tracking apps and other precautionary measures. We urge everyone to follow the health and safety protocols to ensure a smooth recovery,” said the Official spokesman for Al-Hamra Real Estate Company, Abdullah Al Mansour.

Alongside the return of the iconic business hub and shopping destination, Al Hamra approached representatives of those countries most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, conveying a message of support and sympathy.  To demonstrate solidarity, the Al Hamra building façade is displaying the flags of Federative Republic of Brazil, United States of America, Russia, United Kingdom, Kingdom of Spain, Italian Republic, Federal Republic of Germany and French Republic.

“In this time of separation, we have never been closer. We hope for the speedy recovery of all impacted and remain dedicated to a lasting cure. I would like to commend the tireless efforts of all our country’s health and government officials at curbing the spread of this deadly virus. As a partner, and responsible corporate citizen, both the local and international community remain our greatest priority. We believe, with conviction, that together, we can revive from this deadly disease and return to safer and happier days. The Al Hamra team shares their grief for the families and friends of those who have lost their loved ones in Kuwait and around the world.”
