HAMBURG- Turkey's state grain board TMO has issued an international tender to purchase a total of about 400,000 tonnes of milling wheat, traders said on Monday.
The tender closes on Jan. 19, they said.
Shipment is requested in 2021 between Jan. 26 and Feb. 25.
