Saudi's Walaa Insurance completes merger with MetLife AIG ANB

The merger of Saudi-listed Walaa Cooperative Insurance company (Walaa Insurance Company) with MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Company (MetLife AIG ANB”) has been completed, Walaa Insurance said in a statement on Tadawul.

Shares of MetLife AIG ANB have also been delisted in Tadawul on 02/03/2020, ahead of the completed merger.

Earlier in January this year, shareholders of MetLife AIG ANB approved the proposed merger offer by Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company.
