Riyadh – Nama Chemicals Company announced filing a lawsuit before Dammam Commercial Court against the company’s former CEO, Abdullah Bin Ouda Al Enazi, who was terminated on 25 August 2019.

Nama accused Al Enazi of administrative and financial violations and demanded him to pay SAR 3 million, according to a filing to the Saudi bourse on Tuesday.
