DUBAI/HAMBURG  - Saudi Arabia's state buyer SAGO said on Monday it had bought 60,000 tonnes of Ukraine wheat at a price of $284 a tonne.

The wheat is for arrival in September and has 11% protein content, a statement on SAGO's website said.

The website listed Ukraine wheat as a purchase in a separate tender from an international purchasing tender where 655,000 tonnes were bought for July and August arrival periods.
