NUR-SULTAN- The global group of OPEC and non-OPEC producers will need outside help to stabilise oil prices, Kazakhstan's energy ministry said on Tuesday, ahead of a meeting of the members of the pact known as OPEC+.

"... The situation will require active involvement of all market participants," it said in a statement.

The ministry, which said it would attend the April 9 meeting of the group led by Saudi Arabia and Russia, did not name any of the countries whose help it considered necessary.

"We hope positive outcomes are achieved as a result of the upcoming talks," it said.
