HAMBURG- Jordan's state grain buyer has issued another international tender to purchase 120,000 tonnes of animal feed barley to be sourced from optional origins, European traders said on Thursday.
Tender deadline is Feb. 27.
Jordan has struggled to buy wheat and barley in tenders in past months after terms for quality specifications and payment were introduced which reduced tender participation by international trading houses.
But some recent tenders have been more successful. Jordan bought 60,000 tonnes of barley in its previous tender on Wednesday.
