Egypt - Dice Sport and Casual Wear (DSCW) announced its fair value at EGP 2.69 per share, according to the company's statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

The fair value study was set by the independent financial advisor Solid Capital after considering the Financial Regulatory Authority’s (FRA) notes.

In late March, the FRA asked Dice to prepare a fair value report after its shares shed more than half their value since late February.

Dice suffered a consolidated net loss before minority interest of EGP 56.924 million in 2020.

Dice is an Egypt-based company engaged in the casual wear garments and textile industry.

The company manufactures and distributes ready-made casual wear made of pure and mixed cotton, polyester, and viscose fabrics in different types, as well as other knitting products.
