Cairo –  Al Ahly Capital Holding Co has sold its entire stake of 5.77% in Al Ezz Dekheila Steel – Alexandria after selling 771,680 shares.

The total value of the deal amounted to EGP 726.52 million at an average price of EGP 941.4 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

In a separate statement, Al Ezz Dekheila Steel revealed that the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) has raised its stake in the steel manufacturing company to 5.9% from 0.13%, after purchasing 771,680 shares.

It is noteworthy that during the first nine months of 2019, the EGX-listed company incurred a net loss of EGP 462 million, versus net profits of EGP 2.27 billion in the year-ago period.
