Cairo – The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee approved the listing of the capital raise shares of Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC).

The company’s issued and paid-up capital will be raised to EGP 1.42 billion from EGP 1.39 billion through the issuance of 7.01 million bonus shares at a nominal value of EGP 4 apiece, according to a statement on Tuesday.

The shares will be listed as of the trading session on Wednesday, 6 January.

During the first nine months of 2020, SODIC reported net profits of EGP 537.84 million, compared to EGP 506.09 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
