Entertainment network OSN provided a front row seat to cinephiles in the MENA region at the announcement of nominees for the 91st annual Academy Awards on Tuesday with a free live stream of the event.

The nominations put an end to months of speculation as the world finally found out which films have been nominated for the 2019 Oscar awards. OSN’s Oscar celebrations do not end there: In anticipation of Hollywood’s biggest night, OSN Movies HD will screen two major Oscar-winning and nominated feature films back-to-back every evening, from Feb. 1 all the way up to the day of the event on Feb. 25.

From 8 p.m., viewers can revel in classic Oscar movies such as Forrest Gump, The Darkest Hour, La La Land and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

In addition, OSN Platinum subscribers can enjoy a dedicated Oscar pop-up channel (OSN Pop Up Oscars on Channel 7) from Feb. 15-25, offering up to 70 Academy films.

On Feb. 25, OSN will bring live coverage of the 91st Academy Awards ceremony to customers in the Middle East — from the red-carpet arrivals to the teary-eyed acceptance speeches — all exclusively on OSN Movies HD and simulcast on OSN Yahala Cinema.
