RIYADH The Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday that more appointments for the Pfizer vaccine are available at the vaccination centers in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah.

The arrangements for administering this vaccine have been made in response to the wishes of citizens and expatriates to obtain the coronavirus vaccine.

The ministry said in a statement that the vaccine centers in various regions of the Kingdom are witnessing tremendous turnout from the members of the society to obtain the vaccine, amid regulatory measures and precautionary protocols to preserve their health and safety.

There are more than 587 vaccination centers in various regions of the Kingdom where a total of 7,410,217 doses of vaccine have so far been administered.

The ministry called on all members of the society to come forward to register for taking the vaccine through registering their names on its Sehhaty application, reiterating the efficacy and safety of the approved vaccines.

The ministry renewed its call to benefit from the priority service, whereby the rapid vaccination will be made available for those over the age of 75.

“The priority service is currently available to all the elderly citizens and expatriates without making any registration, appointment or waiting. They can directly visit the nearest vaccination center in all regions and governorates of the Kingdom,” the statement said.

The ministry said that the centers providing Pfizer vaccine in Riyadh include the Hilton Hotel, Crown Plaza Hotel, Riyadh International Convention Center, Diriyah Hospital, Al-Khaleej Health Center, Al-Nadwa Health Center, and Al-Jazeera Health Center, King Saud University,

It also includes Al-Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University, Al-Mowasat Hospital, Al-Habib Hospital, Al-Mosaif Health Center, Al-Mansoura Health Center, Security Forces Hospital in Salboukh, Prince Sultan Health Center in Ahmediya, and King Abdulaziz Medical City at the National Guard.

The centers providing Pfizer vaccine in Jeddah include Maternity and Children’s Hospital, Jeddah Field Hospital, King Abdulaziz University Hospital, Ministry of National Guard COVID-19 Vaccine Center, King Abdulaziz Airport — South Terminal and International Medical Center.
