Earthquake in Iran, tremors felt in parts of UAE

The tremors were felt by some residents in Dubai

A 5.1-magnitude earthquake was recorded in the south of Iran at 2.48pm UAE time.

According to the National Center of Meteorology's national seismic network, the tremors were felt by a few residents in the northern part of the country.
