RIYADH: The Saudi Ministry of Justice has launched the Scientific Judicial Portal (SJP), an interactive digital platform and legal and judicial database.

The platform will allow the public, including parties of the case and lawyers, easy access to final commercial rulings issued by courts of the first instance, courts of appeal, and the Supreme Court, in addition to other legal documents. The portal, http://sjp.moj.gov.sa, targets judges, parties involved in legal proceedings, lawyers, prosecutors, assistant judges, academics, and graduate students.

The portal aims to promote transparency, provide a unified electronic platform for judicial information, boost the judicial and academic community’s knowledge.
