Egypt’s cabinet approves El-Kureimat power plant repair deal with Siemens

Cairo – The Egyptian cabinet has approved an agreement with Siemens for the repair of a steam turbine and generator at El-Kureimat solar power plant.
The government also tentatively approved the establishment of an Egyptian-Sudanese livestock production company, to be jointly owned by Egypt’s Holding Company for Food Industries and Sudan’s Al-Ategahat Al-Mtadeda Co, according to a cabinet statement on Tuesday.
In addition, the cabinet greenlighted the allocation of 1,227.84 feddans in 10th of Ramadan City to build a sanitary landfill.
