Cairo – New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) Deputy Chairman Abdel Moteleb Emara has revealed the first real estate developer to obtain a land lot in the New Alamein City.

Badr Eldien company for real estate development has acquired a land lot, on which it will build a hotel and a residential tower, Emara said during the 4th Real Estate Debate Conference 2019.

Emara called upon other developers to apply for land lots in New Alamein, a city that spans across 48,130 feddans.

NUCA is a public agency under the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development that oversees the developing of new urban cities across Egypt.
