Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) has inked a partnership with SEERA (previously known as Al Tayyar Travel Group) to step up the travel demand from Saudi Arabia to Dubai, state-run news agency WAM reported.

Under the partnership, Dubai Tourism and Almosafer, SEERA’S consumer travel brand, will see promotional opportunities implemented through the ongoing alliance.

Almosafer, Saudi Arabia's online travel platform, will offer its clients the freedom to book their travel itineraries across online and offline touch points, encouraging Dubai as a top destination for Saudi travellers.

Over the course of 2018, Almosafer recorded more than 100,000 bookings from Saudi Arabian travellers to Dubai.

“Dubai continues to be the most popular destinations for holidaymakers from across the GCC, with Saudi Arabia remaining in second place as one of our leading source markets in Q1 2019. Our partnership with SEERA further supports our ongoing strategy to attract more visitors from the region year-on-year, with diversified packages at competitive prices,” Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Tourism, commented.

Under the deal, the brand will provide special Dubai-centric holiday packages for couples, families, individuals or business travellers.
