Bahrain's Ithmaar Bank launches financing offers for housing project

MANAMA: Ithmaar Bank has launched special financing offers for villas in the Danaat Al Baraka project located in Janussan.

The special financing offers are designed exclusively for beneficiaries of the Housing Ministry’s Mazaya Scheme that aims to help eligible nationals buy their first homes.

“We are pleased to partner once again with the Eskan Bank to enable citizens to purchase their first home,” said Ithmaar Bank retail banking group general manager Mohammed Janahi.

The offers introduced for the development include the option of repayment over a period of up to 25 years with no down-payment, no evaluation fees, and no administration fees.

Also provided is takaful home insurance and competitive profit rates on personal finance to be paid over 15 years.

Covering a total area of 73,514sqm, Danaat Al Baraka was developed as a collaboration between Eskan Bank and Danaat Al Baraka Company.

It includes 211 modern villas with four different designs.

All villas consist of two floors including four rooms, a hall, kitchen, an annex for a domestic worker, and a garage with space for two cars.
