The Russian Central Bank will continue to keep its key interest rate at a high level for now but it will start to decline in 2024, the bank's deputy governor Alexei Zabotkin said on Thursday.
When the bank can start reducing the rate depends on slowing inflation in Russia and lower inflation expectations, Zabotkin said in an interview with NTV. (Reporting by Elena Fabrichnaya Editing by Gareth Jones)
