Lebanon-based Abou Eid Real Estate Development has announced its expansion into the Dubai real estate market with its 70-million UAE dirhams ($19 million) Celia Residence project in Dubai Studio City.
The four-storey residential project will contain 111 apartments, the family-owned company said in a press statement.
Celia Residence is set for completion in 2024, the statement said.
The company has delivered more than 2,000 residential units and 15 villa complexes in Lebanon and Turkey over the past 35 years, the statement added.
