Egyptian developer White Eagle Developments launched Darvell Business Complex in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) at a total investment of 800 million Egyptian pounds ($26 million).

The 11-storey complex spans an area of 2,500 square metres and includes 175 offices, clinics and stores.

Chairman Ahmed Gebili told Zawya Projects that they are planning to start construction in the first quarter of 2023 and complete in 2025.

He said YBA is the lead consultant for the project

Gebili said that they are planning to increase their land bank to 100,000 square metres in 2023 by acquiring plots in the NAC, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October city and New Alamein city.

He added that they are planning new project in the NAC at a total investment of EGP 1.2 billion ($40 million) but didn’t elaborate.
