Danube Properties has launched its first large-scale premium townhouse and villa master community in Dubai International Academic City.

Greenz By Danube is expected to be completed in 36 to 40 months with handover scheduled in the fourth quarter of 2029, the developer said in a statement.

The project's cost and the total number of dwellings was were not disclosed but Danube said unit prices would start at 3.5 million UAE dirhams ($953,029.35) and a flexible one percent monthly payment plan.

Dubai International Academic City is home to over 100,000 residents and will benefit from the upcoming District IO, a major technology hub.

The project will include 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses, 5-bedroom semi-detached villas and 5-bedroom twin villas.

Greenz will offer more than 50 amenities across five hubs, including beach-inspired spaces, sports courts, fitness and recovery zones, green areas, and family spaces.

In January, Danube had purchased a one-million-sqm freehold land plotwithin KEZAD Town Center from Abu Dhabi-listed AD Ports Group for 840 million UAE dirhams ($228.73 million) to build a residential and mixed-use project.
