Work on Sustainable City – Yas Island in Abu Dhabi will commence in the second quarter of 2023, co-developers Aldar Properties and Diamond Developers said in a press statement.
The first phase of the project, which will deliver 272 condominiums and 240 townhouses, will be open to buyers during a public sale on January 19.
The first handovers are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, the statement said.
In September, Diamond Developers CEO Salah Habib told Zawya Projects that construction will commence on the project in the last quarter of 2022, with completion slated by mid to end of 2025.
