Amman, Jordan – Under the umbrella of Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, Eagle Hills Jordan has officially revealed its fourth project in Jordan, which features W Amman and The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman, in addition to office space and several retail outlets.

Along with the announcement, Eagle Hills Jordan also launched sales of residential units to the public and opened a fully-furnished two-bedroom mock-up apartment located on the 31st floor to provide an exclusive preview of the unique design elements and iconic views, allowing potential customers to get a taste of life at The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman. Reflecting a contemporary spirit, the units are furnished with modern, urban-chic furniture that includes world-renowned brands.

Eagle Hills Jordan CEO Alaa Batayneh expressed his pride regarding the unveiling of the project, saying: “We at Eagle Hills Jordan make this announcement with overwhelming enthusiasm, as this is our fourth project being carried out in the Kingdom, adding to our two developments in Aqaba and The St. Regis Amman and The Residences at The St. Regis Amman. Located atop and serviced by W Amman, between the 31st and 37th floors of the structure, The Skyline Residences offers the highest residential living experience in Amman to date, providing residents with a perfect blend of services, style and state-of-the-art luxury. The Skyline Residences, serviced by W Amman are comprised of 41 residential units that vary in size between 78 sqm and 320 sqm and include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.

W Amman will offer guests an urban retreat for both business and pleasure, as it includes 280 guest rooms and suites, and will feature a number of signature beverage and food outlets such as the W Living Room experience, the W’s take on the traditional hotel lobby; FIT, a state-of-the-art fitness centre; WET pool deck and AWAY spa. The hotel will also offer a 24-hour WIRED business centre and the W brand’s signature Whatever/Whenever® service.

W Amman and The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman mark a major milestone for Eagle Hills Jordan, as part of the company’s fourth development in the country, and the sixth hotel that it has successfully brought to the Kingdom. Of these six hotels, four of them are to be operated by Marriott International, including the newly announced W Amman.
