Company execs optimistic on meeting new partners

Dubai, UAE; October 4, 2010: Saudi-based investment and real estate developer Tanmiyat is confident that Cityscape Dubai will attract foreign capital to its major developments outside the UAE.

Despite its efforts to move forward its projects in the UAE, particularly the muti-purpose Living Legends development in Dubailand and the Business Bay projects which Tanmiyat is fully committed to complete at the earliest, Tanmiyat officials said that the company remains financially stable and is currently focusing on other developments in Saudi Arabia, Mauritania and Sudan.
