Dedicated office and personnel in place to service Emirates cargo movement at Sharjah airport

Dubai, August 18, 2010: SNTTA Cargo has been appointed general sales and service agent (GSSA) by Emirates SkyCargo in Sharjah. A dedicated office, manned by experienced staff, has been set up by SNTTA Cargo at Sharjah International Airport, for the purpose.

An agreement to this effect was signed recently by Sheikh Khalid Bin Abdul Aziz Al Qasimi, Chairman of Liberty Investment Company, the holding company of SNTTA Cargo, and Ram Menen, Divisional Senior Vice President, Emirates SkyCargo.

SNTTA Cargo has been the general sales agent (GSA) of Emirates SkyCargo since the launch of the airline, and this new announcement takes the relationship to a higher level, making SNTTA Cargo the only GSSA of Emirates SkyCargo in the UAE.

"Emirates SkyCargo's appointment of SNTTA Cargo as GSSA for Sharjah reflects the level of confidence they have in us. In fact, our business ties go way back to the mid-80s," said Sheikh Khalid Bin Abdul Aziz Al Qasimi. "With this agreement, we are delighted to raise the bar on our service to Emirates SkyCargo.
