Dubai: SELEX Elsag, a Finmeccanica company, participates as GOLD Sponsor at the TETRA World Congress 2012, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Dubai, UAE, stand no G201. TWC - at its fourteenth annual edition - is the most important worldwide event concerning telecommunication technologies based on TETRA standard.

During the event SELEX Elsag arranges two presentations: on the 15th of May, within the STREAM A "Network Development & Business Models" a speech presented by Mr. Rodolfo Pignatelli, Chief of Staff, Metropolitan Police, City of Buenos Aires, titled "Developing and optimizing the TETRA Network for the Metropolitan Police and Services of the City of Buenos Aires" outlining the reliability and efficiency of the TETRA network during the train disaster occurred in Buenos Aires in 2011; on the 16th of May, within the plenary session, a speech presented by Mr. Andrea Pratesi, SVP Professional Communications Business Unit, SELEX Elsag, titled "Improving Operational Effectiveness With TETRA And LTE Integration" focusing on the SELEX Elsag solution for the integration of heterogeneous technologies for professional users.
