Rihab Rotana Dubai arranged a fire drill with the Dubai Civil Defense. The drill was in line with the hotel' initiative to provide a strategic training to the employees and to improve the safety procedures of our guests & staff.
The management team informed all guests in advance and many of them chose to participate as they supported the hotel initiative.
The exercise started when the fire alarm bells went on and hotel staff, management & guests immediately evacuated to the assembly point in front of the hotel. Each head of department accomplished a head count to insure that all colleagues are safe.
Rihab Rotana's Hotel Manager Gemmy Dimmitry commented: "Fire drill is one of the most important exercises that must be conducted to make sure that the staffs are well trained for such emergency and to give top priority to our guests' safety"
