Orient Motors, a subsidiary of Zayani Motors (ZM), recently conducted a 3-day Distributor Management System (DMS) training program at the ZM showroom in Ma'ameer that was organized by China's leading pick-up manufacturer, ZX-Auto.

The training session that ended on May 24th, 2011, was conducted by Mr. Honway Chang ZX-AUTO's Regional Sales Manager, and Mr. Yin Wei, ZX-AUTO's Service Manager and was attended by eight members of Orient Motors and Zayani Motors workforce. The main objective of the training session was to highlight the importance of DMS that helps perform operations in different areas of work, with a professional and streamlined approach.

"The DMS workshop was extremely successful and it is a good start for ZX-AUTO, the youngest brand under Orient Motors to depute their senior managers from China to train our competent staff on their DMS, which displays the determination to implement quality systems in order to enhance customer care. We are impressed by the dedication and commitment shown by the staff members who attended and benefited from the program. We are devoted to encouraging our employees learn more about the up-to-date technology of the industry with our training programs all year long," said Mr. Nawaf Al Zayani, Managing Director of Orient Motors.

The training sessions included courses on online vehicle order placements and monitoring the order status, online warranty claims, online parts ordering system, marketing and Industry information updates.

"Regular training and guidance sessions are imperative to enhance our employees' skills and expertise to enable them to become more efficient and provide better services to our customers", he added.

On successfully completing the training, Mr. Honway Chang awarded all trainees with certificates and wished them a bright future with the company.
