DUBAI, UAE - June 12, 2006 - O2, the leading provider of premium mobile data devices in Asia Pacific, entered today into a strategic alliance with Informobility, a leading Middle East-based provider of mobile and wireless products, services, and solutions. O2 has chosen Informobility's flagship Fee Jeibi Ein (FJE) series of Arabized products to bundle with its Xda Atom and Xda Atom Pure, both of which were launched to the Middle East market three weeks ago. Running on Windows Mobile 5.0 platform, the Xda Atom and Xda Atom Pure are the world's smallest multimedia PDA-phones offering the latest in mobile office, messaging and multimedia functionality.

Under this partnership, the bundle will include the Fee Jeibi Ein Arabic support layer for Windows Mobile 5.0, on top of which a bouquet of Arabized personal applications - built by Informobility - will render the Xda Atom and Xda Atom Pure "sleek mobile devices truly catered to Arabic consumers ". Each device will include a Hijri calendar, Islamic prayer-times calendar, and Arabic News Reader.

Informobility first entered the Microsoft-based platform of handheld computing in 2003, when it introduced the first version of FJE. This third generation of FJE for Windows Mobile 5.0 supports full Arabic synchronization with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and provides full Arabic support for Internet Explorer, MSN chat, and SMS/MMS. Other key features include an on-screen soft keyboard in Arabic, English, and Farsi, letter recognition in Arabic and Farsi, right-to-left and left-to-right alignment, and Arabic, Indian, and Farsi numerals.

"This partnership comes as recognition for our edge through continuous and innovative product development over the years", states Jaffar Mansour, CEO of Informobility. "As the World's first company to have Arabized the PDA back in 1999, we have always listened so carefully to our customers. They, too, want to be mobile,

and want to feel connected - in their own native language." Adds Mansour, "our portfolio of offerings to the Arab user extends beyond end-user mobile applications. We deliver mobile business solutions, such as e-Survey and e-Census solutions, sales force automation, and vehicle violation systems to large enterprises and governments. We have delivered the world's first mobile population e-Census solution, proudly deployed in two Arab countries so far!"

"At O2, we put customers at the heart of everything we do," said Frank Levering, Software Development Manager, O2 Asia Pacific. "It's therefore gratifying for us to have found a trusted partner in Informobility to jointly roll out applications and solutions that bring more direct benefits to our customers in the Middle East. This is clearly also in line with our customer promise of continually delivering beautiful, innovative and technologically-relevant devices to O2 users."
