Having operated in the food and beverage industry for more than seven years, Youssif Ftouni joins Bushman’s Restaurant and Bar as its new restaurant manager. Ftouni has been working with Anantara The Palm Resort since the pre-opening in 2013 at Crescendo the all-day dining restaurant.

 He developed his management skills and team supervision expertise with international brands including Golden Tulip, along with indigenous outlets in Beirut and the UAE. He has a strong knowledge of key managerial operations, from performance management and guest’s service.

Moving into his new role as restaurant manager at Bushman’s, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, Ftouni will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations across the bar and terrace areas in the venue, ranging from improving productivity, business development and ensuring the day-to-day success of the restaurant.
