NASDAQ Dubai Members and market participants are hereby notified that, following public consultation, the DFSA has granted approval for the introduction of Rulebook 3 -Admission and Disclosure Standards (ADS) and Rulebook 4 - Disciplinary and Appeals Committee Procedures, as part of the NASDAQ Dubai Business Rules. Rulebooks 3 and 4 will be implemented with immediate effect.

Rulebooks 3 and 4 will be implemented with immediate effect.
The ADS set out the rules and responsibilities for the admission of securities to trading on NASDAQ Dubai. This includes certain ongoing obligations, mostly related to corporate actions. The ADS replace the Issuers and Securities Rules.
Rulebook 4 consolidates the Disciplinary Committee and Appeals Committee Procedures for Issuers and Members.
