Dubai, UAE: In a unique initiative aimed at creating an advanced and modern environment that ensures the safety and well-being of both landlords and tenants, the Dubai Dispute Resolution Center announced the launch its first-of-kind Rental Good Conduct (RGC) Certificate Service.

This new service comes within the framework of implementing the initiatives offered by the Centre to reduce rental disputes and assist real estate management companies in finding rental information of the people they intend to contract with.

In addition, this new service offers a range of benefits, including enabling customers to inquire about rental provisions against them in order to avoid being subjected to a sudden legal implication, travel prevention, or seizure of their property and accounts.

Without violating the laws of confidentiality, this service will enable landlords and tenants to inquire about both individuals and companies alike. As such, leasers will be able to inquire about people who would like to rent and whether a rental case was previously filed against them and will also enable tenants to inquire about leasers and whether they are known to cause legal problems with tenants.

Sharing his thoughts on the Rental Good Conduct (RGC) Certificate service, Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO and Head of Architecture at Binghatti Holding said: "The Rental Good Conduct Certificate (RGC) service will ensure a safe environment that benefits both landlords and tenants and enhance trust between them. This new service reflects and translates the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE’s Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, which aims to make Dubai a city capable of shaping the future and offering the society more convenient services to the society, which will ensure happiness and confidence of customers, investors, and Dubai’s population as a whole”.

"The vision and leadership of H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE’s Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, ensures the continuous growth and maturation of Dubai’s real estate sector" BinGhatti added.
