Opus Fiduciary Services Limited, part of the award winning* Guernsey based offshore trust and family office advisory group, Opus Private, have established a new representative office in Dubai to serve the needs of their high net worth family, and family office, clients in the UAE, the Middle East and South‐Asia regions.
Andrew Young, previously partner and head of the International Private Capital group at Lawrence Graham LLP, joins the company as Group Director and will be based in Dubai. Andrew, who is a well known figure in the wealth planning community has spent 25 years in private practice as legal advisor to some of the world's wealthiest families, many of which are in the Middle East. Andrew's role will be as local liaison with some of Opus Private's top regional clients, as well as overseeing and developing the group's wider strategy both within the region and worldwide.
Brian Carey joins Opus Private as Regional Director, Middle East, based in Dubai. Previously a senior wealth planner and trust advisor at HSBC Dubai, he is also well known in the wealth planning industry, having spent 12 years with HSBC's trust company and almost 20 years in the private client sector. Brian brings to Opus Private a vast experience of the Middle East and South‐Asia and will focus on a number of key regional client relationships. In addition, Brian will be developing existing and new client relationships with a focus on Opus Private's bespoke family office services.

The establishment of the office in Dubai now means our regional client base can be even better serviced locally.
