Dubai, November 26, 2007: LS2 Corporation Limited, a Dubai-headquartered end-to-end information technology solutions provider has announced that it has completed the merger process of A3 Consulting FZ LLC with itself. A3 Consulting is one of the fastest growing Gold Certified Partner of Microsoft Business Solutions in the region. The merger process between the two companies was initiated early this year.

Commenting on the completion of the merger process, Mr. Arvind Agrawal, Managing Director of LS2 Corporation, said, "We saw great synergies between the two businesses.  A3 Consulting offers great value in the mid segment ERP and Supply Chain Automation, hence we have a major opportunity for developing a significant IT consulting and software business across the Middle East"

The merger involved transfer of majority shares to LS2 Corporation. There will be no changes in the management and A3 Consulting will remain a legal entity. A3 Consulting will however be re-branded as LS2 Consulting. A detailed transition plan informing on the merger has been put in place for partners and customers.

"Additional capital for further expansions has been provided for operations, confirming our belief in the company's potential and strategic directions" Mr. Agrawal commented.

Commenting on the merger, Mr. Ajith Nair, General Manager, A3 Consulting FZ LLC, said, "We have been performing exceedingly well in the last three years. The merger with LS2 will give us the right resources and support for the rapid growth in both revenue and shareholder value."

A3 Consulting has moved into the offices of LS2 Corporation located in Dubai Internet City, while the Oman operation has moved into Knowledge Oasis, Muscat. In Oman, the new entity will be known as Lateral Systems and Solutions LLC.
