Jumeirah International, the award winning Dubai-based luxury hospitality group, has recently introduced a new butler service at Emirates Towers Hotel.  The butler service, which is available 24 hours a day, serves the Presidential & Royal suites, as well as VIP guests staying in the Apex and Summit suites of the hotel.

"It's a special service to make our guests' stay at Emirates Towers an even more unique and memorable one" said Doris Greif, General Manager, Emirates Towers Hotel.

The personal butler offers a variety of services starting with a personal welcome upon arrival. The guest is greeted by their butler with cold juices and cold towels. Their luggage is carried to the suite and unpacked for them and a bath or jacuzzi is prepared upon request. The butler will take orders for newspaper delivery, laundry and dry cleaning services and room service. The butler also provides concierge services such as car rental, tours, flight confirmation, and restaurant reservation, as well as assisting the guest by handling administrative duties such as copying, printing and delivering documents. And for visitors travelling with children, the butler provides a baby-sitting service upon request.

"This service is an excellent aide for the business traveller, but the luxury of having one's own personal attendant appeals to every guest and we look forward to welcoming guests from all over the region wishing to avail of this service" said Ms. Greif.
