The European based company selected JAGGAER to manage critical telecommunications services negotiations, one of the key pillars of their business. With a telecommunication infrastructure spend of 640.000 euro/year, the Company’s IT department was attempting to define the best approach for sourcing vendors without interfering with the company’s ongoing business. Adding to the complexity of sourcing and negotiating was the fact that their leading telecommunication provider was also one of the firm’s top clients.
