Dubai: Hyatt Place Dubai/Wasl District, the third property under Hyatt’s select service brand portfolio in the UAE, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bhishmaraj Singh as Cluster Hotel Manager.
Singh will lead the Hyatt Place Dubai hotel’s senior management team, ensuring seamless operations are maintained across the three properties: Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga, Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square and Hyatt Place Dubai/Wasl District. In addition to this, his role will see him heading the hotels’ Executive teams, setting and implementing overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience, while generating profitability and creating guest satisfaction measures.
The Hyatt Place brand is founded on extensive consumer insights indicating that guests seek stylish, comfortable and seamless experiences that accommodate their lifestyles and routines.
“The expansion of the Hyatt Place Dubai hotels is an endeavour that is very dear to me, and I look forward to working closely with all team members involved, to ensure that all three properties exude the sense of intuitive service and elevated hospitality that is synonymous with the brand,” shares Singh.
Singh is no stranger to the Hyatt, having commenced his career in hospitality as a trainee at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, USA in 2006. He then moved on to the Hyatt Regency Dubai as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2010, where he was responsible for overseeing the operation of the hotel’s dining outlets. In 2014, he joined the pre-opening team of Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga, marking the debut of the brand in the Middle East.
Following two successful openings of Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga and Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square as Hotel Manager, as well as spearheading the most recent opening of Hyatt Place Dubai/ Wasl District, Singh now occupies the role of Cluster Hotel Manager of Hyatt Place Dubai hotels. His goal is to continue to strengthen the brand and its operations through his vision and keen sense of business viability.
