In a special ceremony held in Amman
Grand Hyatt Amman held a special reception for the Hyatt Regency Taba, Hyatt Regency Sharm El Shiekh and Travel Agents of Jordan, to honor their collaboration and trust in Hyatt chain in Egypt.
The reception took place on the 13th of June at the Terrace, and was attended by Mr. Moshi Perrera- General Manager of Hyatt Regency Taba, Mr. Micheal McBain- General Manager of Hyatt Regency Sharm El Shiekh, Mr. Thierry Bertin - Area Director of Marketing Middle East, Mr. Sameh Shawkat- Regional Director of Sales Middle East, Mr. Ahmad Ismail - Assistant Director of Sales of Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh, Amr El Ebiary- Sales Manager of Grand Hyatt Cairo, and from Grand Hyatt Amman the attendees were Mr. Otto Steenbeek - General Manager, Ms. Bana Toukan- Associate Director of Sales, Ms. Yasmeen El Ajou - Marketing Communications Executive and Ms. Rania Khalaf- Executive Secretary; along with Travel Agents.
Mr.Shawkat welcomed the travel agents saying: "Honoring travel agents has become a memorable annual event that gives us the chance to express our dear appreciation for our partnership with you in the travel and leisure industry. This is a great event during which we relay our appreciation and support for your great work."

Mr. Shawkat underlined the importance of cooperation between all the players in the tourism industry to give tourists better services with better reasonable prices. He acknowledged the great work by travel agents in promoting Egypt and the Hyatt chain which is very well perceived and recognized by travelers. There is definitely more potential for tourism between the two neighbors, Jordan and Egypt." added Mr. Shawkat.
Travel agents also received honorary certificates for their support and cooperation in promoting tourism between Jordan and Egypt and contributing to the success of the Hyatt group of hotels in the region.
