DUBAI, UAE, May 03, 2004 – HP (NYSE:HPQ) launched its new Photosmart R707 digital camera for outstanding photography and their latest portfolio of innovative printing products in the DesignJet 30 and 130 series, that produce vibrant colour printing and imaging solutions while driving costs down at its special event held at the Madinat Jumeriah in Dubai today.
The HP Photosmart R707 digital camera with 5.1 mega pixels, boasts a host of innovative features to help produce successful photos and an enjoyable digital photography experience for the user. These include a world’s first for HP, an in-camera red-eye removal option that can correct pictures after they are taken, as well as HP’s patented Adaptive Lighting technology which automatically brightens selected areas of high contrast photos to give brighter, more true-to-life shots. An auto focus assist light also allows for sharp, clear pictures, even in low light situations.
The sleek new HP Photosmart R707 digital camera benefits from HP’s Instant Share technology, which allows easy downloading, printing, viewing and sharing by email or via the web. An orientation sensor is included within the HP Photsmart R707 digital camera ensuring that each snap is automatically positioned the right way up when viewed on a TV or LCD – allowing the easy and effortless sharing of any photo collection.
