Leading manufacturer makes Abu Dhabi debut

Dubai, 26 November, 2008: Gulf Craft Inc, a leading player in the global boat and yacht manufacturing industry, has announced its participation at the inaugural Emirates Boat Show International, in Abu Dhabi.  Gulf Craft will exhibit a total of 11 boats including its signature range of Majesty Yachts along with the newly launched Silvercraft range and its Oryx line.

With the support of Delma Industrial Supply & Marine Services, Gulf Craft's dealer in Abu Dhabi, all three Gulf Craft ranges will be exhibited at the prestigious event.

Showcasing an impressive product range at the 5 day event, Gulf Craft will be this year's most prominent exhibitor in Abu Dhabi.  Gulf Craft's impressive line up features the Majesty Yachts 44, 56, 61, 66 and 77 as well as the Silvercraft 37 SC, 26 and 33 along with the Oryx 36 Open, Oryx 40 Open and 40 Fly.

"Gulf Craft continues to experience strong demand from dealers and customers alike despite the financial difficulties experienced in other sectors. Our participation at the inaugural Emirates Boat Show is a sign of our optimism for the industry and our belief in our ability to meet the needs of customers regardless and adapt to market conditions."

"The Emirates Boat Show is the ideal platform to tap into the Gulf market and we expect to receive a significant number of orders during the upcoming exhibition," said Erwin Bamps, Executive Manager, Gulf Craft Inc.

Gulf Craft's participation follows the successful Arabian Luxury Yachting event held last week in Dubai in which VIP customers were invited to celebrate the official launch of the Majesty 121.

Gulf Craft Inc, based in Umm Al Quwain in the United Arab Emirates, exports more than 70 per cent of its output and its super-luxury vessels are to be found in virtually every major harbour of the world.

Although Gulf Craft Inc began life building small pleasure craft, it is now a mainstream producer of multi-deck masterpieces where neither expense nor effort are spared in setting the definitive 'state of the art' standard for ocean-going luxury. It is one of only a handful capable of producing vessels of 100-ft and over, with sport cruiser annual production of about 700 vessels up to 150 ft overall length.  Since launching its Majesty Yachts brand in 2004 and its Oryx brand in 2005, orders have been pouring in. Its first top-of-the range Majesty 130-footer is delivered to its Australian customer and a 145-footer is now on the drawing boards.
