Gemological Science International (GSI), a New York Head Quartered independent gemological laboratory that provides professional gemstone identification, grading and appraisal services to the fine jewelry industry participates for the first time in the Global Gem and Jewellery Fair (GGJF). It's a joint venture association of The Dubai Multi-Commodities Center (DMCC) and Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJPEC) as they collaborate together and organise GGJF at Atlantis Hotel, Dubai from 20th until 22nd March 2014.
GSI participates in the UAE show for the first time, with a view of finding new markets for its gem and jewelry services, particularly gaining a foothold in the Middle Eastern countries.
According to Mark Gershburg, CEO, GSI, "Dubai has emerged as one of the leading global centres for trade of gold, diamonds and gemstones. Gem and jewelry sector occupies a prominent place in the UAE economy, making it an ideal place for participation. Attending GGJF in Dubai will be a profitable step to grow our business. This is our first exhibition in Dubai; we are here to make people aware that GSI is technologically advanced gemological laboratory which applies highest standard in its grading procedures, upholding reputation for integrity, consistency, and accuracy."
GGJF will provide an ideal platform to create new opportunities and nurture international relations with strong trading partners. Show shall witness industry participants from across the globe including GCC, KSA, Egypt, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Singapore, Eastern Europe, Russia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Pakistan and Malaysia.
GSI is enthusiastic to see potential visitors coming from overseas and hopeful that the business dealings will prove fruitful in the long-term.
GSI is a first time participant at GGJF, wishing to promote its diamond certification to the show's visitors. The show will provide an excellent exposure and opportunity within the diamond and gemstone industry.
