Monday 26 January 2009: GPS Inc. of Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("GPS") and Kentz Group ("Kentz") have established a joint venture company to be known as Kentz Global Oil & Gas Process Systems Ltd. GPS and Kentz each hold a 50 per cent stake in the entity.

The JV Company, which is based in the Middle East, has been established for the purpose of marketing, tendering and undertaking onshore contracts in the oil and gas and related industries.

Kentz Global Oil & Gas Process Systems will offer turnkey solutions on an EPC basis for complete early and interim production systems including site infrastructure, process and utility modules, flow lines and complete installation and commissioning.  Its geographical areas of focus will include onshore Middle East, Africa and the Caspian. GPS and Kentz have previously worked together on the delivery of Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) studies for process plants in Iraq and Yemen.
