Emirates Computers' clients to benefit from enhanced services from global IT solution giant

Emirates Computers, a leading technology company in the Middle East, has recently been recognized as an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner (CAP), after meeting Oracle’s selection criteria. The certification places Emirates Computers in the top tier of Oracle partners, giving the company access to a wide variety of benefits, including technical support, access to powerful software, marketing opportunities and communication with other Oracle partners. Emirates Computers, is one out of only a handful of IT companies in the Middle East to get this prestigious certification.
Of the three levels of Oracle partner programes, Member level, Oracle Certified Partner and the Certified Advantage Partner level (CAP), CAP is Oracle’s top certification. CAP members enjoy exclusive benefits including consulting and support, eligibility for increased market development funds, sales leads and priority access management. For Emirates Computers’ customers, this translates into superior levels of service, and better trained consultants, adding further sophistication to the delivery of the final product to the end-user.

Emirates Computers had to meet tough criteria before being awarded the CAP certification. Besides meeting a set of mandatory requirements, Oracle conducted a qualitative scoring on four business and technology attributes, which included performance, competency, strategy alignment and partner readiness to ensure Emirates Computers’ commitment.
As part of the qualitative scoring, Oracle evaluated the experience of the members of the Emirates Computers’ team, that is, the number of Oracle certified professionals employed by Emirates Computers, the revenue target set by Oracle, presentation of a business plan for the coming year that included the development of solutions based on specific Oracle products and technology and lastly, marketing and organization elements such as lead generation activity and follow up, regular reporting to Oracle and the use of permanent Oracle demonstration systems.
