Aqaba, Jordan – Real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills Jordan has commenced the handover of phase one residential units, including villas and townhouses, at Al Raha Village, the first private residential community within Marsa Zayed. CEO of Eagle Hills Jordan Alaa Batayneh personally greeted and congratulated the first resident, handing him the keys to his new property.
Al Raha Village, situated amid Aqaba’s rose-red mountains and overlooking the idyllic Red Sea, aims to offer its residents and their guests a complete, community-focused lifestyle through various amenities, facilities and aesthetically pleasing, lush green foliage spread across the neighbourhood’s grounds. Marking the effective beginning of its handover phase, Al Raha Village continues to put the finishing touches on its villas, townhouses and apartments, including a 13,000-sqm recreational park that features swimming pools, water slides, a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) and space for family picnics and barbeques, in addition to a centrally located three-storey clubhouse with a gym, outdoor terrace, swimming pool, restaurant and lounge.
