The new hires include Adib Tohme, who will serve as Partner; Rani El Hajjar, who will serve as Partner-Head of Property & Construction; and Nabil Azar, who will serve as Partner- Head of Banking & Finance. All three bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to their roles, which will be integral in helping the company reach its goals.
Adib Tohme, a seasoned lawyer with over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, will be joining CVML as a Partner. Rani El Hajjar, a highly respected lawyer in the field of property and construction law, will be joining the firm as Partner-Head of Property & Construction. Nabil Azar, an expert in banking and finance law, will be joining the firm as Partner- Head of Banking & Finance.
