Dubai, UAE, 25 March 2004 – CineStar Cinemas, in conjunction with Empire International Gulf, will premier Steve Martin’s latest comedy Cheaper By the Dozen on Tuesday 30 March at 6:00pm to raise funds for Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs.
Following the success of a similar initiative last year, CineStar Cinemas approached Al Noor Training Centre to again dedicate one of its cinemas for the premier showing of Cheaper By The Dozen. Tickets priced at 50 Dirhams, including a midi pop-corn and midi soft drink, are currently being sold at CineStar Cinemas, Al Noor Training Centre and on the 25 and 26 March at Spinneys Umm Suqueim.
“It is always a pleasure to see families and friends gather together to enjoy a fun time out in aid of our children, and we do hope to see more new faces this year,” commented Isphana Al-Khatib, Al Noor’s Director.
Cheaper By The Dozen is comedy about a fourteen-strong family’s well-ordered lifestyle thrown into chaos when father (Steve Martin) is offered a new job in the city and the mother (Bonnie Hunt) is about to tour for her recently published book. The parents have to find new ways of managing their large tribe. Cheaper By The Dozen also stars major teen pop sensation Hilary Duff.
